Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns can be registered within 14 days of receipt via:

  1. The contact form at the bottom of the FAQ page
  2. Your account via your order history (button: “Request return”)
  3. Email to info.maysah@gmail.com including your name, email address, and order number

You will receive further instructions by email within 1 business day.

Please note: exchanges are not possible.

Cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed.

If your return has been registered with us by email, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return has been approved.

Legal 14-day withdrawal period in the EU

Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days via your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
