Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, MobilePay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Visa, BLIK, and TWINT.
When can I expect my refund?
As soon as we have received your return in good condition and checked it according to the return policy, we will refund the purchase amount within 3 working days. See also the Returns section.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
🌍 We ship worldwide!
For orders within the EU, shipping is free from €50. Outside the EU, shipping is free from €100.
Please note: we include estimated import duties and customs fees in the shipping costs. This is an estimate only; any additional customs charges or fees requested after delivery by customs or the carrier are outside the responsibility of Maysah.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed on a business day are processed within 1 business day and handed over to PostNL. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.
Estimated delivery times vary by country. Please allow for possible delays. You can track your order using the tracking number we've provided.
What should I do if my track & trace indicates that my order has been delivered, but I have not received anything?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with them and we no longer have direct control over it.
If you have not received your order within 14 days after dispatch, please feel free to contact us via the contact form at the bottom of the page. We will be happy to assist you with an appropriate solution.
Returns
How can I return, exchange or cancel my order?
Returns can be registered within 14 days of receiving your order via:
- The contact form at the bottom of this page, or;
- Your account via your order history (button “Request return”), or;
- Email to info.maysah@gmail.com with your name, email address, and order number.
You will receive further instructions by email within 1 business day.
Please note: exchanges are not possible.
Cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed.
What are the conditions for accepting returned items?
- Product must be in its original condition, including plastic packaging
- No damage, such as holes or tears
- No traces of makeup or food
- Odorless and unwashed
Who pays the shipping costs for a return?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale orders?
