What payment methods do you accept?

When can I expect my refund?

If the products are returned in good condition in accordance with the aforementioned conditions and return rules, the purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded within 3 working days after receipt of the return.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed on a business day will be shipped the next day at the latest via PostNL. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by PostNL on Monday and can be expected on Tuesday. Please take into account possible delays that may cause your order to be on its way for up to 5 business days.

What should I do if my track and trace indicates that my order has been delivered, but I have not received anything?

Returns

How can I return or exchange an item?

Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days after receiving the order. Send an email to: info.maysah@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Full name;
  • Delivery address;
  • Order date;
  • Order number;
  • The name of the product you wish to return.

What are the conditions for accepting returned items?

  • Product must be returned in original condition (including plastic packaging);
  • Product must not have any damage, such as holes or tears;
  • Product must not contain traces of make-up or food;
  • Product must be odorless and unwashed.
